Terms of Service

The plain-English terms for using this website and calling our dispatch line in Pelham, Alabama.

These terms cover your use of the Pelham Pro Plumbing website and phone line. By using the site or calling us, you agree to them. We wrote them in plain language, and if something here is unclear, ask on the call before you agree to any work. Last updated October 15, 2026.

Using this website

You may read and share this website for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy it in bulk, scrape it, or use it to mislead others about who we are. The site has no forms, so you cannot submit service requests through it. Service begins when you call the 24/7 line.

Information, not emergency advice

The articles and service pages are general information. They are not a plumbing inspection, a diagnosis of your home, or professional advice for a specific emergency. Your pipes, fixtures and building codes are particular to your property, and only a plumber on site can judge them.

In an emergency, protect people first. If you smell gas, leave the building and call your gas utility or 911 from outside. If water is flowing, close the main water valve. Do not rely on a web page when a call to the 24/7 line or 911 would be faster.

How service works

We are a dispatch. When you call, we take the details of the problem and send a licensed and insured plumber to your address. We serve Pelham and nearby towns, but we cannot promise to reach every address, and we do not promise arrival times. Same-day appointments are offered when available.

You agree to give accurate information, to make the work area safe and reachable, and to tell us about hazards such as gas smells, standing water near electrical equipment or animals on the property. A plumber may decline or stop work that is unsafe.

Pricing

Pricing is explained before work starts. A firm price needs a plumber to see the job. The plumber looks at the problem, explains what is needed, and gives you a clear price for that work. You may decline it. If the plumber finds a different condition once work begins, they explain it and ask you before doing anything that changes the price, and you may decline that too.

Dispatch gives general information by phone about what affects price, and we do not quote a price over the phone for work not yet seen. Any figure mentioned by phone is general information, not a quote. Any fees and payment terms for your job are explained before work starts.

Licensed and insured plumbers

The plumbers we dispatch are licensed and insured. You can verify any plumber's license with the Alabama Plumbers and Gas Fitters Examining Board at pgfb.alabama.gov. Work is performed by the plumber who comes to your address, and any permits that the job requires should be discussed with that plumber and the local building department.

Limits of liability

This website and its content are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent allowed by Alabama law, Pelham Pro Plumbing is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site, or from delays in dispatch caused by events beyond our control.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited, or any obligation of the plumber who performs your work under Alabama law.

Links to other sites

This site links to outside sources, such as the Alabama Plumbers and Gas Fitters Examining Board at pgfb.alabama.gov, and shows an embedded Google Map. We do not control those sites, and their own terms apply to your use of them.

Calls and recording

Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. By continuing a call after hearing or being told this, you agree to the recording. Our privacy policy explains how we handle the information you give us.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any dispute will be brought in the courts located in Shelby County, Alabama, unless the law requires otherwise. We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows the latest version. For questions, email contact@proplumbingpelham.com. For plumbing service, call.
